Spin, spin, spin the wheel!
I love a good step-by-step process. "Do this, then that... and it will all work out". Wouldn't it be great if life was that linear? No curve balls or plot twists... a simple guarantee to move forwards with every action.
Of course there are curve balls, but there is beauty in each of them. They are the surprises that might catch you out, but that open doors to new and sometimes overlooked chapters in your unwritten story.
Mindset is one of those playgrounds that rarely offers tangible growth markers but regularly throws in hand grenades of surprise. Which is why I have always been determined to make the support I offer more measurable yet flexible.
Firstly, it is your story (and your story is different to everyone else's; written in your style, at your pace and with your own unique curve balls thrown in).
Introducing The Victory Wheel

The Victory Wheel is a seven-step circle that I now apply to every conversation, call and programme. The principle is simple – we start with Y... (you):
Y = You – What is your story so far? Where are you, where do you want to be and why that is so important to you that you're prepared to take action? The first step to any adventure is the biggest... and this is YOUR adventure
R = Reflection – How is your story making you feel? What is working brilliantly? What are the curve balls and hesitations? What can you cut from the story? If you could embrace all of that emotional energy and turn it into positive momentum, where would it take you?
O = Ownership – It's your story. Own it. Build and apply the right tools, processes, habits and beliefs that will better shape the successes you are looking to enjoy
T = Trajectory – As soon as you know what you truly want from your business, mapping the path gets a little easier. You become more resilient to the plot twists that might offer an alternative (but unhelpful) route
C = Confirmation – As the results start to speak for themselves, turn those wins into evidence. This is where the wheel is at it's strongest as it is proving you are on the right track
I = Impact – What ARE those results? Celebrate them. You are defining your version of success so you get to decide how to measure your impact as well as reflecting on how you are making your audience feel and what they are saying and doing in response to your brave action... etc)
V = Victory – At the start of our conversation, you set a goal, a version of success that lifts your story. Achieving that goal is what I call that Victory (did you spot the acronym?)
What does this all mean?
The secret to the Victory Wheel is that, as you move closer to your version of success, it invites the bravery, resilience, clarity and confidence needed to write the next chapter of your story.
Your "Y" has grown. You have grown.

My reasons for sharing are two-fold:
This was my most recent curve ball. I wanted to be clearer and more consistent throughout the support I offer. So this is me bravely putting up my hand and saying "Here I go!"*
