Who is it for?

This is the most hands on coaching support you could ask for. But the expectation works both ways.

I ask all of my Members to commit to two very important promises:
 

  1. You will contribute to the Programme

  2. You will contribute to the Victory Community

 

My role in the Victory Programme is to shine a light on the Four Fears®  and deliver a framework that will challenge, inspire and delight you. It is specifically built with the following people in mind:
 

Good people who dream big, who are extremely passionate about what they do, who will lift others up and who are ready to make fantastic changes in their business to achieve the success they deserve.

How it all works

The full programme includes

  • Nine-month self-led training pathway with agreed defined personal development outcomes that are regularly reviewed

  • Predominantly online delivery with additional 1-2-1 support included

  • ‘No one left behind’ – inclusive & engaging bi-monthly group sessions

  • Vibrant online community group for knowledge-sharing and additional support

  • Victory Away Day - Seasonal in-person meet-up and workshop day and overnight hotel stay (once within each nine-month enrolment)

  • Maximum 12 Members per cohort to ensure plenty of dedicated, hands-on, time together

  • Post-membership survey for feedback and improvement

  • Includes free 1hr discovery session pre-enrolment to agree ‘fit’ and discuss personal goals / scope of work

I'm Mark and I'm a trainer and speaker with over 20 years’ experience supporting small business owners to overcome their Four Fears® - the most common barriers preventing them from having the business of their dreams.

 

I invest deeply in my clients’ stories, providing uplifting, relevant and engaging support to unlock the bravery and belief they need to pursue their happy path to success.

 

My Four Fears® Programmes are designed to move business owners from inertia to victory and find joy in that journey.

 

My mission is to remind you that you ARE good enough, you are ready, you do have time and that failure can sometimes be the greatest gift you give to your story.
