Introversion, energy management and fear

When we think 'introversion, we often think 'shy', 'quiet', 'preferring not to contribute'... and many other limiting behaviours that simply aren't true.
Introversion (for me at least) is about energy management. It is about giving myself permission to share and receive energy on my terms. About finding joy and flow from any opportunity – be it on stage in front of hundreds of people, or alone in my office scribbling and sketching ideas. Both situations top up my tank.
Introversion, energy management and fear
I was fortunate enough to recently be invited on to the Powerful Introvert podcast show, hosted by the wonderful Greg Weinger. During the episode we talked alot about introversion, energy management and fear (more specifically, The Four Fears®) and how they can become intertwined.
Here is the episode on YouTube:
What are your experiences of introversion?
Are you an introvert? How do those hesitations of not being ready, not being good enough, not having enough time and/or a fear of failure interrupt your energy?
Let me know in the comments below (as well as what you thought of the show).
Please do subscribe to Greg's amazing show via the link above (or wherever you listen to Podcasts). You can also follow my own Spotify Playlist of shows where I have guested and talked about The Four Fears® and much more.
